Subject: Armagh Planetarium, Fri night, Coronado

Hi all,

Just a reminder about the IAA trip to Armagh Planetarium tomorrow (Friday)
night, at 7.30 p.m., to see the exhibition, as per last email. If it's clear,
you can stay on for Mars observing with the 10-inch Meade SCT from about 10.15,
and with the 16-inch Cassegrain from about 11 p.m., if it's clear.

Also a reminder that time is running out to buy tickets for the draw for the
amazing Coronado 'Solarmax' H-Alpha telescope, being raffled by SAC for the
Whirlpool Star Party. It's worth over 1000! Second prize is a pair of Nikon
binocs worth 100, third prize = book tokens for 50. Tickets are only 3.30
each. Send cheques, POs etc, payable to me, asap. DON'T send cheques in EUROs
please. You can send a 5Euro note, per ticket, if you wish, but no cheques ('No
Cheques please - we're British'??? - only the older readers will get that one!)
