Subject: Funeral + Lecture + Cosmos

Hi all,

I can now confirm that the funeral for the late Andrew Trimble, former 
Belfast Centre/IAA Chairman, will be tomorrow, Sunday, at 3.0 in St John's C 
of I Church, Moira, Co Armagh. Andrew was also the only honorary life member 
of the EAAS.

The next IAA meeting will be on Wednesday 6 February at 7.30 p.m., Lecture 
Room 5, Stranmillis College, Belfast, when Dr Simon Jeffery of Armagh 
Observatory will give a public lecture entitled "Cannibals in the Sky". 
Admission is free, and all are welcome.

And just in cae you don't know, the Tullamore Astronomical Society will be 
hosting the next of its excellent "Cosmos" weekends (Cosmos 2002) at 
Annaharvey, Tullamore, Co Offaly, on the weekend of 8-10 March. Details from
