Reception. Reception desks for completion of registration will be open at the following places and times:
Monday 14:00 - 17:00 in Trinity College, Dept of Physics : primarily for those attending the UKSP sessions on Monday
Monday 18:00 - 20:00 in Trinty College, Dining Hall : in conjunction with the welcome reception on Monday Evening
Tuesday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30 in Dublin Castle
Please call at one of these times to collect conference information packs, including payment receipts, programme books, and conference dinner tickets.
CANCELLATIONS: Any registered delegates who will NOT attend the NAM must advise the organisers (nam2003@star.arm.ac.uk) as soon as possible, otherwise they will remain liable for payment of their registration fee.
REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED
Registration is essential and must be done online at http://star.arm.ac.uk/nam2003/. The registration fee is EUR 190 for the full meeting, and EUR 90 for students. A discount of EUR 20 is offered to ASGI, RAS and IoP members. A daily rate of EUR 90 is also available.

Oral
and Poster contributions to all scientific sessions are invited. The selection
of oral contributions is at the discretion of individual session organizers. It
is strongly recommended that abstracts for oral contributions be submitted by
2003 January 31.
Abstracts for all contributions should be received by 2003
March 15.
Travel and Accommodation. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. They are advised to make hotel reservations as early as possible. Information about hotels and travel to and from Dublin will be available on these and related web pages. If you require any information not given on the website, please contact the organising committee using the nam2003@star.arm.ac.uk email address. Other means of contacting the organisers are given on the contacts page.
Lecture Theatre Facilities. Each lecture room will be equipped with a projector for overhead transparencies and a digital "beamers". The latter may be connected either to a speaker's own portable computer or to a local computer (running Windows) which may be used to read a speakers CD-ROM. Speakers electing to use either of the latter options should arrive early for their session to ensure that their talk will run smoothly. Of course, if you do elect to use your own computer, you should also bring a backup copy of your talk on CD-ROM or transparencies.
Poster Presentations. Boards for the poster presentations will be made available in two large galleries on levels 0 and 1 of the Castle Hall. Subject to demand, it is intended that posters will be on display for the duration of the NAM (Tuesday - Friday). Poster boards are 1m in width and 2.5m in height and covered in felt. Expo dots will be supplied for attaching posters to the boards. A0 sheets in portrait format will fit on these boards.
Internet and Email Access. A cluster of 15 PCs will be available for delegates to access their email.
VISAS: Certain non-EU nationals require a visa to enter the Republic of Ireland. Nationals of these countries DO NOT require a visa. To assist applicants for visas, we will issue letters of invitation to bona fide participants upon request. Please send details, including registration number, to nam2003@star.arm.ac.uk.
